DRAG RACING - 1 April 2012
Cara Bertoli, High Torque Photography in conjunction with Tailem Bend Motorsport Park and the Street Machine Association of SA is pleased to present a Charity Drag day on 1 April 2012. Proceeds from the day will be donated to Camp Quality to support the wonderful work they do with families of children with cancer.
The day will have both heads up racing and dial in runs. Some close racing resulted at the last Tailem Bend Motorsport Park Drag Day from the dial ins, with drivers and riders getting a great feel for their machines and the track, with many times very close to dial ins, so expect some tight finishes.
Competitors please get your entries in as soon as possible, and spectators, please lock in the date for a great family day at the drags and also support a great cause.
Supermoto/Quad Drift
A number of riders braved the hot weather to get in another ride at Tailem Bend Motorsport Park.
Future ride day dates are still being finalised, with both Quadriders SA and Atujara planning to continue to run days at TBMP.
Riders should have a look at Atujara's SA Supermoto series, with Round 1 being a Hill Climb on 18 March 2012. For more details go to www.atujara.org.au
